Castle's Barbeque - Gulshan One29 Noida Noida's Finest

"Visited Castle Barbeque at Gulshan 129 Mall for the first time on a weekday. Since it wasn't crowded, we got seated immediately. The space is large, clean, and the ambiance is very welcoming. ​The highlight of the visit was definitely the service. The staff is friendly and incredibly quick. You won't be waiting around for refills. The food quality is good, pretty much on par with other popular barbeque chains. However, the menu is almost identical to Barbeque Nation. It’s surprising that new places are still copying a menu that hasn't changed in two decades. I strongly suggest they innovate their menu to get repeat customers, otherwise, it becomes monotonous. ​As usual with these buffet places, the starters are the main event and fill you up 90% of the way. The main course and desserts were average; I didn't regret being too full to finish them. ​Verdict: We used a 50% off Dineout offer, which made it great value for money. However, I probably wouldn't visit again if I had to pay the full price of ₹1100 per head. It is definitely worth a one-time try for the service and the starters! "When ever I visit any Castle Barbecue the feedback is same " can be better "...this place also lacks that WOW factor ,its a very new branch and I was expecting customers will be pampered but I dont see any urge in staff to please customers as if they dont care .Food quality is good and its plus point .Really management need to work on finding why staff dont connect well with guests."

"Visited Castle BBQ on the 31st December evening and it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. The food was outright pathetic and the taste was horrible — bland, badly cooked, and clearly low quality. Nothing tasted fresh or worth eating. The service was terrible — slow, inattentive, and completely unprofessional, especially for a New Year’s Eve crowd. Staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested. The ambience was dull and depressing, absolutely not what you expect when you’re paying premium prices. And the pricing itself is a joke — exorbitant charges for trash food and poor service. This place is just a wannabe BBQ Nation, but fails miserably on food, service, and experience. What should have been a nice year-end evening was completely ruined. Total waste of money. Avoid at all costs."
